We cannot give any guarantee on bamboo canes and poles. It is a natural product for which the following points (not an exhaustive list) do not constitute grounds for complaint:
Bamboo canes can crack due to temperature fluctuations. Fine cracks can form up to the gap.
Colour differences may occur. Any burn marks are the result of the heat under which the bamboo poles were straightened immediately after harvesting if necessary.
Bamboo canes can have curvatures and bends and are not naturally standardized straight poles.
