Standing Buddha, the Standing Buddha is made of river stone, a stone similar to granite. This stone is harder than the basanite stone we are used to and can therefore be worked more precisely and in greater detail. Only a few artists have the skills to work this stone into a highlight. Dharmachakra: Dharmachakra mudra symbolizes one of the most important moments in the life of Buddha. In this mudra the thumb and index finger of both hands touch at their tips to form a circle. The circle represents the wheel of Dharma, or in metaphysical terms, the union of method and wisdom.
